Sports Week begins in Hodeidah with Martyr al-Samad Cup’s competitions launching

HODEIDAH, April 25 (Saba) – Hodeidah province began its first sports week on Thursday with kicking off for the competitions of the ex-president, Martyr Saleh Al-Samad’s Cup organized by the Youth and Sports Bureau in cooperation with the local authority and a local foundation.

At the opening, the acting governor of Hodeidah Mohammad Ayyash Quheem pointed out that these sports activities, which are held on the first anniversary of the martyrdom of President Saleh al-Samad, reflect the true meaning of the steadfastness of the province and its people in face of the US-saudi coalition aggression.
