Army inflicts on US-saudi coalition’s troops heavy losses : Report

PROVINCES, April 22 (Saba) – The army, supported by popular forces, over the last 24 hours inflicted on the troops of US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition heavy losses in various attacks launched on separate fronts, a military official told Saba.

Off Jizan, the official affirmed that nine Saudi soldiers and 45 mercenaries were killed while dozens injured when the army’s missile force fired a Badr F ballistic missile at their gatherings in Istiqbal “Reception” camp, west of Tiwal.
The army launched an attack on sites of mercenaries east of Jahfan military site, which resulted in killing and wounding tens of them, he said, affirming that scores of mercenaries were killed and wounded, including commanders, when the engineering units ambushed there.

In Jizan, the army foiled infiltration attempt of mercenaries off Qais mount which led to killing and wounding tens of them while the others fled, he said, adding that two Saudi military bulldozers were destroyed also.
Off Najran, the army’s air defense units managed to down a Saudi-led reconnaissance aircraft in Abou Joubarah valley, he affirmed.

In Asir, the artillery force shelled gatherings of mercenaries in Raoubaa , off Aleeb crossing and west of Majaza causing heavy casualties in their ranks, he added, affirming that two military vehicle were also destroyed off Aleeb.

The official also confirmed that the so-called, Mohammad Hussein al-Humaiqany, a high-rank mercenary commander, had killed in Nasifa area, Dhy Naaim district Bayda,

Two Zilzal-1 missiles were fired at groups of mercenaries in Qaatba area, Dhalea province, which resulted in killing and wounding tens of them, he said, adding that the artillery force bombarded groups of mercenaries at the same area.

Another Zilzal-1 missile was fired at groups of mercenaries in Mouthalath Aheem, Hajjah province, he said, adding that two Sudanese soldiers were snipped in Midi and a military vehicle was destroyed east of Hayran and its crew’s members was killed.
