Health Ministry : 9 civilians killed, 34 wounded mostly students in saudi-led air attack on Sanaa

SANAA, April 7 (Saba) – The Ministry of Public Health and Population on Sunday confirmed the death and injury of dozens of civilians, including students, when the warplanes of the US-saudi aggression coalition hit a residential area in Sawan, capital Sanaa.

The Ministry of Health said in a statement obtained by Saba news agency that the preliminary death toll of this crime has confirmed the death of nine citizens and wounding of 34 others, mostly students.

The ministry noted that the crime raised panic and fear amid school students and led to the destruction and damages in dozens of neighboring homes.

The Ministry of Health condemned this crime, which considered a war crime.

“When the entire world celebrates World Health Day, April 7, under the slogan” Health for All “, the coalition of aggression celebrates this occasion in its well-known way tearing bodies of children and women,” the ministry said.

It called on the international community to shoulder its responsibility toward the crimes committed by the coalition of aggression against the Yemeni people.
