ِArmy’s spokesman: Army kills, injures more than 200 saudi-led mercenaries in Hajjah’s Hairan

SANAA, March 31 (Saba) – Spokesman for the Armed Forces Brigadier-General Yahya Sarie on Sunday has confirmed that the army, during the past four days, killed and injured more than 200 saudi-led mercenaries, including commanders in Hiran front, Hajjah province.

The Brigadier-General said in a statement to the Yemeni news agency (Saba) that the armed forces have been able to repel several intensive infiltration of the US-backed mercenaries in Hiran during the past four days, supported by an intense air cover and a heavy support of their naval forces.

He pointed out that the seven brigades of the enemy tried to infiltrate toward the area, adding that than 36 raids launched by the warplanes of coalition to cover the attack, in addition to a number of drone strikes, affirming that enemy naval forces launched more than three operations, but to no avail.

Sarie confirmed the destruction of 16 enemy military vehicles and armored fighting vehicles, affirming that a tank and more than eight pick-ups were destroyed.
