PM praises Moroccan gov’t decision to officially withdraw from Saudi-led coalition

SANAA, Feb. 11 (Saba) – Prime Minister Dr. Abdul Aziz bin Habtoor on Monday expressed his appreciation for the good decision taken by the Moroccan leadership to withdraw officially from the aggression coalition led by the Saudi-UAE and backed by the US against the Republic of Yemen.

This came a cable sent to his Moroccan counterpart, Saadeddine Othmani, in which noted the importance of this decision and its positive repercussions on the brotherly relations between Yemen and Morocco.

He pointed out that the Yemeni people, who have strong ties and brotherly ties with the Moroccan people, will remain keen on the purity and development of these relations.

Dr. Bin Habtoor expressed the hope that the Moroccan government, after its decision, will take a positive role and work from its regional and international position in supporting the efforts exerted to stop the aggression and bring peace to the Yemeni people.

He wished for the fraternal relations development and for the brotherly Moroccan people continued prosperity.
