FM confirms support of SPC, Gov’t to all peace efforts
SANA’A, Jan. 22 (Saba) – Foreign Minister Hisham Saraf confirmed on Sunday that the Supreme Political Council (SPC) and the National Salvation Government support all peace efforts aiming to preserve security, stability and sovereignty of Yemen.
"Moving towards peace does not mean a surrender," Sharaf said during opening a training course organized by the Diplomatic Institute at the Foreign Ministry in cooperation with Youth Government.
There will be a strong and solid stance against all forms and directions of the aggression war aiming to destabilize the internal front, he added.
Sharaf affirmed that the solution will be Yemeni along with a Yemeni-Saudi dialogue leads to stop all interventions that stir up war between Yemenis, as well as considering the crimes committed by the aggression and claiming for compensation whether through peaceful solutions or through international courts.
He also stressed that Yemenis will not accept any form of guardianship on Yemen.
The minister noted the Ministry has a strategy to deal with the aggression in all its forms through diplomatic flexibility reaching to complete the peaceful political solution talks.
