National delegation calls for alleviating suffering of Aden’s people, protests Jawf massacre
KUWAIT, June 15 (Saba) – The national delegation has called for speeding up measures to alleviate the suffering of people in the city of Aden and the provision of basic services to citizens, especially electricity.
This came during the joint consultations session which was held on Tuesday evening at Bayan Palace in Kuwait city between the national delegation and Riyadh’s delegation in presence of the UN envoy to Yemen Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed.
At the meeting, the national delegation strongly protested the massacre committed Tuesday in al-Maton district of Jawf province, when Riyadh’s hirelings targeted a house of "Saleh Qusailah", killing women and children.
The debate continued, in the session, on the issues raised in the consultations concerning the transition phase and the executive branch of the presidency institution and the consensual government and the formation of the military and security committee, the criteria for selection of the committee’s members.
