Tens injured in clashes between pro and anti-government demonstrators in Hudeidah

HUDEIDAH, April 04 (Saba) – Medical sources in Hudeidah governorate have said that tens were affected on Monday with tear gas because of clashes between supporters of the government and protesters, out of the affected are 4 policemen.

On the other hand, eyewitnesses have said that a number of protesters tried to enter building of the governorate after throwing stones at its gate which forced police to open fire to the air and tear gas to stop them.

Clashes in Hudeidha last night with policemen for preventing them to set more tents in the neighboring street of the camp resulted in 300 protesters suffering from tear gas, in addition to 8 policemen.

In related context, ten protesters in Taiz were killed on Monday while tens injured due to clashes and live ammunitions.
