Decrees establishing diplomatic relations with Panama, Venezuela

SANA'A, June 29 (Saba) - Five republican decrees were issued on Monday ratifying cooperation agreements, establishing diplomatic relations and appointing general Manager for Amran Cement Factory.

Decree No. 157 for 2009 ratified an economic and technical cooperation agreement between Yemen and Kuwait singed in Aden on February 7th.

Decree No. 158 for 2009 approved an agreement on establishing a joint committee for cooperation between Yemen and Kuwait singed in Aden in February 7th.

Decree No. 159 for 2009 was issued ratifying establishing diplomatic relations between Yemen and Panama on a non-resident basis.

Decree No. 160 for 2009 approved establishing diplomatic relations between Yemen and Venezuela on a non-resident basis.

Finally, decree No. 161 for 2009 appointed Khalid Hussein al-Maqdami as a general manager for Amran Cement Factory.
