Prime Minister Meets UN Envoy to Yemen

SANAA, June 4 (Saba) – Yemen Prime Minister, Abdul Aziz Saleh Bin Habtour, on Monday met with the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations to Yemen, Martin Griffith, and the accompanying delegation in capital Sanaa. In the meeting, Bin Habtour pointed to the importance of the visit in the context of the efforts made by the UN envoy towards peace and to end the great humanitarian tragedy that people of Yemen have been subjected for three years.The prime minister reiterated that the Yemeni people have been and will continue to seek honorable peace, wishing the UN envoy every success in his mission.
