Some 2500 tourists visit Socotra in 2013

SOCOTRA, Jan. 19 (Saba) - Some 2500 tourists have visited the Socotra archipelago in 2013, the director of the Archipelago's Tourist Police said on Sunday.

Abdullah Mousa said that the tourists were interested in exploring the nature and marine reserves in the Archipelago.

He said that the Archipelago's security and stability helped attract the tourists to visit Socotra in different periods throughout the year.
