Education minister back home

SANA'A, Nov. 04 (Saba)- Minister of Education Abdul Salam al-Jaofi returned back home on Wednesday after his participation in the consultative meeting for the Arab Education Office in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), which was held in Riyadh capital of Saudi Arabia. 

Upon his arrival, al- Jaofi stated to Saba that the meeting came out with decisions to activate the educational media sector in order to create culture among students to enable them to deal with issues in the society wisely. 

He pointed out that the Yemeni delegation reviewed in the meeting Yemen's experiment in increasing number of girls who enrolled into schools by paying incentives for girls to encourage them to go to school, especially in Hajjah and Hodeidah provinces in addition to present food for them and train female teachers.
